INTRO

BUILDING
It is a two- storeyed house, in addition there is a sheltered mansard floor. In the apartment block there are nine one-room up to three-room apartments, with the area of 28 m²  up to 79 m². Each apartment has a living-room with an open kitchen, WC/ bathroom and one or two bedrooms. All the seven apartments have an open balcony.  The keywords of the plans of the apartments are compactness and economy. Thanks to modern planning from the best architects of Saaremaa the apartments have got an interesting room layout and enable stylish interior design.

ARCHITECTURE
The building’s facade looks to Ida Street. To enliven the building area, the architect has planned the house in two levels. The façade of Ida Street has three floors, whereas the yard part has two floors – looking to the nature. The car-owners are guaranteed parking areas in the private parking lot belonging to the house. In the basement floor are located storerooms, a technical room and a three-room business area. In the building there is one staircase located in the dark duramin of the house. The access to the living floors is available both from the parking lot and from the common level pedestrian main entrance.

LIVING ENVIRONMENT
Ida House is located in the highly appreciated Ida- Niidu residential area, with the address of Ida Street 68a. Year by year Ida-Niidu residential area has become more and more appreciated living environment. In the residential area are four-storeyed apartment blocks built in the 1990-ies. During the last years no new apartment blocks have been built here – mostly because of lack of free space. This fact adds more to the value of the given living area. The area has a well-developed infrastructure – nearby is a kindergarten, a children’s playground, a school and supermarkets.
